The Service is a self-serve, AI-powered posing analysis tool designed for NPC Fit Model competitors. Users may upload photographs of their competition poses and, after payment, receive an automatically generated coaching report scoring their poses against a curated database of reference materials.
The Service is not a substitute for one-on-one coaching, professional medical advice, or judging guidance. The AI is a tool calibrated by a human coach to provide feedback patterns, not a licensed professional.

All AI-generated content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
To use the Service, you may be required to provide your name, email address, optional phone number, and photographs of your poses. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for the security of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs in association with your email or any access link issued to you.
The Service is sold on a per-analysis basis (“Single Analysis”) or in packages of multiple analyses (“Packs”). By purchasing, you agree that:
When you submit photos, you grant the Company a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, transmit, and analyze those photos for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Submitted photos are processed by our third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic, Inc., the operator of Claude) and stored using third-party storage providers (currently Cloudinary and Netlify Blobs).
Each completed analysis is associated with a unique, unguessable URL (a “Results Link”) that allows you to revisit your report. While these links are not publicly indexed, anyone who possesses or shares the URL will be able to view the associated report. You are responsible for keeping your Results Link private if you do not wish to share its contents.
The Service does not publish, post, or share your photos publicly. The Company will not use your photos for marketing or promotional purposes without your separate, explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access, forfeiture of unused credits, and, where appropriate, legal action.
All software, prompts, scoring rubrics, reference databases, coaching methodologies, branding, copy, designs, and other materials underlying the Service are owned exclusively by the Company and protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.
You retain ownership of the photographs you submit. You grant the Company the limited license described in Section 6 for the purpose of operating the Service.
AI-generated coaching reports are provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share, save, and discuss your own report with coaches, training partners, and on social media. You may not republish reports en masse, resell them, or use them to build a competing service.
Use of the Service does not create a coaching, medical, professional, fiduciary, or any other relationship between you and the Company or its operators. The Service is an automated software product. If you want one-on-one coaching, you may book a separate human coaching session through the channels offered on our website.
Posing, physique sport, and competitive judging are subjective and depend on many factors outside the Company’s control. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome from using the Service, including but not limited to:
Practicing poses, transitions, and stage movement involves physical activity that may carry risk of injury. By using the Service, you confirm that you are physically capable of practicing the movements suggested or implied by the feedback you receive. You assume all risk associated with practicing poses. The Company is not responsible for any injury, strain, or harm arising from your practice of any movement.
The Service does not provide medical, nutritional, or athletic training advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or modifying any training routine.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. The Company is not responsible for outages, errors, or data handling by third parties beyond what is required of us by applicable law.
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in West Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will continue in full effect.
