This Privacy Policy explains how Posing Science, LLC DBA Posing Sci (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Posing Sci AI Service at ai.posingsci.com and its related subdomains (the “Service”).

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit-card number, CVV, or bank account information. We receive a confirmation from Stripe indicating that your payment succeeded or failed, along with limited transaction metadata (amount, currency, last four digits of the card, country of issuance) for our records.
When you visit the Service, our hosting provider (Netlify) may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is collected for security, abuse prevention, and operational monitoring.
The Service does not use marketing cookies, advertising trackers, third-party analytics that track you across the web, or browser fingerprinting. Functional storage (such as remembering your form inputs during a session) is kept in your browser locally.

When you submit a photograph, it is transmitted to our AI provider — currently Anthropic, PBC (the operator of the Claude API) — solely for the purpose of generating your analysis report. Anthropic processes your photograph under their own data-handling policies, which include not training their models on data submitted via API.

We use these services so that your Results Link continues to work over time and so that we can deliver your analysis report reliably.
Each completed analysis is given a unique, unguessable URL (a “Results Link”) that allows you to revisit your report. We do not publicly list, index, or share these URLs. However, anyone who possesses or shares the URL will be able to view the associated report. You are responsible for keeping your Results Link private if you wish to keep your photos and analysis confidential.
Unlike our broader Posing Sci coaching services, the Posing Sci AI Service does NOT use your submitted photos, analyses, or testimonials for marketing or promotional purposes without your separate, explicit consent.
We will not post, publish, share, or display your photos in any of our marketing materials, website content, social media, advertisements, email campaigns, or anywhere else unless we have received your express opt-in permission for that specific use. If you wish to grant such permission (for example, you’d like to share your transformation publicly), email us and we will discuss the scope.
